Hobbymailer uses a consistent basic shipping rate structure to keep things simple:
Within New Zealand $5.00 per order (NZ Post) Australia $15.00 per order (International Post) Rest of the World $20.00 per order (International Post)
Please allow the following times for delivery:
New Zealand 5 days Australia 5 to 10 days Rest of the World 10 to 15 days - Privacy & Security
- No information collected by Hobbymailer will be used for any external purpose.

Returns & Replacements
- Hobbymailer unfortunately cannot be responsible for items lost in the post.
- Hobbymailer packages all products with care and take all actions to ensure secure delivery.
- Unfortunately we cannot guarantee replacement or a refund for goods damaged in transit.
- Please contact us if a problem has occured and we will assess each situation on a case by case basis.
- If approval has been given to return an item please send confirmation of its return. Please pack carefully to ensure that no damage occurs in transit (or further damage).
